What is included

• all meals, accommodation in a Natural Bungalow or a single room (in a Natural Bungalow with two independent single rooms) or a single bungalow, 7 nights, respectively 14, 21 or more nights, including:

• Ayurvedic Health Package (see below)

• transfers (our driver will pick you up at Trivandrum Airport and bring you safely to Agastya Garden and back to the airport after your stay with us)

• Included in the 7 days stay are a half-day boat-trip on one of Kerala's backwaters (individually, not in a group) or a trip to the big Hindu temple in Trivandrum (individually, by taxi).
  During the 14 days tour both trips are included.
  In addition to the above mentioned excursions a halfday village tour is included in the 21 or 28 days stay.
  

The "Ayurvedic Health Package", which is included in our rate, consists of:

• Seven Marma regeneration massages per week with Ayurvedic massage therapist
  
  
• All Consultations with the Ayurvedic doctor. Two Ayurvedic doctors are working at the Agastya Ayurveda Garden
  
  
• Ayurvedic rejuvenation- and strengthening herbal medication
  
  
• Twice a week evening entertainment with classical Indian music
  
  
• Ayurvedic herbal tea according to your body type

Not included:

• Beverages such as bottled water, coffee or black tea (tea, coffee and fruit-juice for breakfast are of course included)

• gratuity/tip

• additional massages

• Ayurvedic medicines

Bungalows

All our bungalows are built with natural building materials and all bungalows have a thatched roof. The following accomodation is available:

Bungalow for two persons: Each bungalow has a view to the sea and its own patio. The bungalow has one large room with two beds (of course with moscito nets) and its own shower/bathroom area.

Larger Bungalows for two Persons, nearer to the sea: Surcharge per week from USD 238.- to USD 476.-. This amount is for two persons sharing one bungalow, and it is the surcharge only. It is added to the normal cost of the accomodation.

Single rooms: Our single room bungalows consist of two rooms each. Each room has its own entrance, patio and its own shower/bathroom area.

Single rooms, nearer to the sea: Surcharge USD 143.- per week for a single room in bungalows Thulassi, Chemberetti or Padmacarini. Also here, each room with its own entrance, patio and its own shower/bathroom area.

Single bungalows: Our single bungalows consist of one room and have their own patio and shower/bathroom area. The surcharge for a stay in the single bungalow is USD 428.- per week.

Dates

Arrival day of our guests is each Saturday throughout the whole year. We recommend to book your flight so you will arrive in Trivandrum on a Saturday. A driver will pick you up at the airport (pick up and transfer to Agastya Ayurveda Garden included).

Minimum stay is one week. Recommended is a stay of at least two or three weeks. Of course you are very welcome to stay four, five or more weeks.

The nearest airport is Trivandrum, Kerala (a two hours flight south of Mumbai or a 30 minutes flight north of Colombo). Agastya Ayurveda Garden is an approx. 30 minutes drive south of Trivandrum airport.

Children

Children and teenagers
up to 16 years and sharing a room with their parents, only pay a nominal fee of USD 143.- per week for accommodation and meals.
