Take a taxi to Trivandrum with its fruit- and vegetable market and the main shopping area, where everything for the daily household needs is for sale: rice, tea and coffee, incense sticks, baskets, jewelry, clothes, silver, spices. There are also shops where you can buy all kinds of cotton, silk and linen fabric in an amazing variety of colors. Or you might want to buy a beautiful sari, with matching blouse and underskirt.
Lifestyle-Tour through villages, rice-fields, palmgroves. Visit small factories, where coconut oil and textiles are produced.
Take a boat trip with thefishermen. Do your own fishing. You start directly from the beach near the Agastya Garden.

Visit the renowned palmleaf-library in Bangalore. In Bangalore you can enjoy an overnight stay at a luxurious hotel with colonial charm or you might want us to book a more humble accomodation for you. This trip takes at least two days and it is necessary to make a reservation in advance.
